Without Borders Connect 2025 Inspires Brazilian Immigrants in Orlando
Free event offers guidance on careers, entrepreneurship, and legal issues to strengthen the immigrant community

The Without Borders Connect 2025 arrives in Orlando this Wednesday, aiming to inspire and empower Brazilian immigrants with practical guidance on careers, entrepreneurship, and legal opportunities in the United States. Hosted at the Royal Business Center in Metrowest, the free event runs from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and features a diverse lineup of professionals addressing key challenges and opportunities for the immigrant community.
The program highlights include:
Cristiane Barreto (PhD in Social Psychology, career and business consultant): “Trends and Competencies in Career and Leadership That Are Already Shaping the Future” – exploring how professionals can remain relevant in a rapidly changing market.
Mônica Franchi Souza (CEO, Assureline Insurance): Guidance on immigrant mental health and navigating insurance and legal challenges in the U.S.
Renata Rodrigues (Founder & CEO, Della’s Group): Strategies for entrepreneurship and building sustainable businesses abroad.
Carol Sousa (CEO, Finance & Accounting): Financial planning and management for immigrant families and entrepreneurs.
Sandra Veiga (Founder, Bridge to Life Foundation): Community support and nonprofit initiatives that strengthen immigrant networks.
Valeska Silva (Vice President, Without Borders): Leadership in immigrant advocacy and organizational development.
Lorena Gomes (Journalist): Media perspectives on immigrant representation and storytelling.
The initiative is promoted by Without Borders – Integrated Solutions, a nonprofit recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice for its accredited legal representation. Led by Adriana Backhaus (President) and Valeska Silva (Vice President), the organization has more than 20 years of experience supporting immigrants in family, business, humanitarian, and consular processes.
The Brazilian community in Orlando is invited to participate in this evening of inspiration, networking, and practical knowledge. Admission is free, but spots are limited.
