ORLANDO, Fla. — For the first time, leading voices in integrative medicine, mental health, business strategy, and human development from Brazil and the United States gathered in Orlando for the Wellness & Health Business Experience 2026, an exclusive event that brought together physicians, therapists, entrepreneurs, and executives committed to building a healthier, more human, and sustainable future. Held at the Royal Business Center, the gathering was described as a milestone for the Brazilian community in Florida, uniting specialists who rarely share the same stage.

Opening the event, Sandra Sepulveda, founder of the Você Merece Viver Institute, reinforced the purpose behind the initiative, stating that “we are building a future where companies care for people and people care for each other. Our commitment is simple: more life, more dignity, more humanity.” The institute provides emotional support to oncology patients and their families.

Throughout the day, attendees followed lectures that connected science, purpose, and business strategy. Mentor and strategist Alaide Utiama, with 25 years of experience in multinational corporations, emphasized that “what blocks a company is not outside, it’s what the leader carries without realizing,” arguing that results only become sustainable when profit and purpose move together. Her message on conscious leadership was echoed by other specialists, who highlighted the need for Brazilian professionals to prepare for global expansion with responsibility and strategic clarity.

In the health segment, Dr. Afonso Salgado, PhD, Physician Assistant and Harvard researcher, presented his Mind Body Balance method, an innovative approach linking mental state to physical performance. With international experience in alternative medicine, he combines science and clinical practice to deliver a complete view of human health, integrating mind and body as one system. “Quality of life is not a luxury, it’s a necessity,” he said, emphasizing that true well‑being comes from understanding what the body is trying to communicate.

Other medical professionals reinforced the importance of collaboration across specialties. Fernanda Moraes, CEO of Grupo Divina Saúde and specialist in integrative health, highlighted that “healthcare evolves when we stop treating symptoms and start addressing causes,” showing how integrative medicine restores energy, clarity, and performance in life and business. Rafael Coutinho, a specialist in implant dentistry with advanced training from the Instituto Odontológico and international specialization in oral surgery, emphasized that “oral health is the gateway to overall well‑being,” explaining how dental care impacts immunity, longevity, and even professional performance. Paulo André Costa Novaes, physician specializing in longevity, obesity, and neurobehavior, added that “the medicine of the future is collaborative innovation only thrives when specialties unite,” presenting how brain‑behavior science can reprogram habits and extend healthy living. Each of them brought a unique perspective to the stage, proving that true health emerges when science, empathy, and innovation work together. Dr. Gislayne Mendoza, one of Brazil’s most respected voices in biohacking and integrative aesthetics, brought a scientific and innovative perspective to the event. Owner of Estética Clínica Mendoza, president of the Young Entrepreneurs Association and columnist for Jornal de Brasília, she combines research, technology and real results in patient care. “Taking care of yourself isn’t about following trends,” she said. “It’s about understanding what truly works, with science, strategy and purpose.” During her presentation, she demonstrated how biohacking techniques can optimize the body, energy and even appearance, going far beyond traditional aesthetics and entering the field of real biological performance.

Female leadership also stood out, with Patrícia Ferreira and Cibelle Costa discussing global impact and the role of women in shaping purpose‑driven businesses. Ferreira, CEO of Spazio Prime Group and CreditUp USA, co‑founder of International Opportunities and U.S. ambassador of the Você Merece Viver Institute, shared how she built an ecosystem of companies grounded in purpose and emotional leadership. “Women who lead with consciousness elevate entire ecosystems,” she said. Costa, architect and CEO of Spazio Prime Group, co‑founder of International Opportunities and director of the Você Merece Viver Institute, emphasized the power of humanized architecture to create spaces that foster well‑being and productivity. “Legacy is built through collaboration, never through competition,” she noted. Both leaders reinforced that success with soul transforms not only businesses but the lives of those around them.

In the same spirit, Carla Cardoso and Giovanna Delgado addressed human development and conscious prosperity. Cardoso, researcher and founder of the Vitta Group, a specialist in Phytotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, gained national recognition after presenting her integrative health vision on Shark Tank Brasil. “Prosperity begins when we expand our inner awareness,” she said, showing how millenary practices can bring balance, energy and real prevention to modern life. Delgado, an entrepreneur, Wellness Coach, and nutrition advisor at Navarro Medical Centers, known for her expertise in metabolic health and sustainable weight management, added that “multiplying resources means little if we don’t also multiply consciousness.” Both emphasized that true well‑being is not about trends or quick results; it’s about consistency, wisdom, and transformation that endures.

In the business arena, Lucio Santana and Leonardo Nunes highlighted the importance of strategic positioning in the wellness market. Santana, CEO of Royal Mortgage USA and one of the most respected voices in real estate investment for Brazilians in the United States, emphasized that “a brand doesn’t simply appear; it earns its place through clarity and intention,” showing how true leadership begins with self‑care and long‑term vision. Nunes, CEO of B2You Insurance and advisor at Grupo Master Negócios, brought a financial perspective to the discussion, explaining how asset preservation and international insurance strategies can sustain quality of life and business continuity. “Authority is built through purpose, consistency and real impact,” he concluded, reinforcing that security and well‑being are the foundation for sustainable success.

Participants described the day as inspiring, transformative and essential for the Brazilian community in the United States. As organizers summarized, “We are building legacy, a legacy of people, purpose and prosperity.”
